de hacerlas,creo que también están buenos en placa,

Ingredientes para un molde 24x24
250-grs de mantequilla blanda
250-grs de harina de repostería
250-grs de azúcar (yo puse 200 grs)
1/2 –Copa de ron ó anís (yo puse anís)
3-Unidades de huevos
1-Cucharadita de sal
1-Piel de limón rallada
1-Sobre de levadura
Preparación
Colocar la mantequilla, el azúcar y la ralladura
de limón en un cuenco,
sí se dispone de inoxidable
y si no uno que tengamos a mano
batimos hasta hacer una pomada
Batimos los huevos y se
agregan a la
mantequilla junto con el anís y la sal, lo
mezclamos bien.
Mezclamos la harina con la levadura y la
incorporamos con la
mezcla anterior, seguimos
rebajándola hasta obtener una masa fina y homogénea.
Lista par llenar
Se vierte sobre una placa de horno
previamente untada de mantequilla, sí
se tienen los típicos
moldes de papel
mejor que mejor, llenar hasta la mitad,
para que tengan espacio
para subir.
Precalencalentamos el horno 180cº y los
cocemos unos 15 minutos
los moldes y
la placa 35 minutos.
